    The Resurrection of the Dead

All the dead raised — some to life, some to judgment.

    The Resurrection of the Dead

Daniel, Christ, and Paul together teach a general resurrection of the dead: 'the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, and shall come forth' — the just to life and the unjust to judgment.

    The Prophecy

"And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt."
"...the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation."
"In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed."

    Two resurrections

Scripture teaches the resurrection of life for the righteous and the resurrection of damnation for the lost. The Lamb's book of life makes the dividing mark.
