Naaman Healed of Leprosy
The Syrian commander Naaman was cleansed of leprosy after dipping seven times in the Jordan.
A captive Hebrew girl told Naaman's wife about the prophet in Samaria. Naaman traveled with gifts to Elisha, who simply sent word: 'Go and wash in Jordan seven times.' Offended at first, Naaman finally obeyed — and came up clean, his flesh like a little child's.

What Happened
Key KJV Scriptures
"Then went he down, and dipped himself seven times in Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God: and his flesh came again like unto the flesh of a little child, and he was clean."
Spiritual Significance
Jesus pointed to Naaman as proof that God's mercy reaches Gentiles who believe (Luke 4:27). Healing came not by Naaman's status but by simple obedience.
Lesson for Today
God's remedy is rarely impressive. Humility to obey His simple word is the path to cleansing.
