Introduction
Right after promising God will do exceeding abundantly above what we ask (v. 20), Paul lifts his eyes to where all that overflowing power is heading: God's glory, displayed through the church, throughout eternity.
Historical Context
The doxology closes the doctrinal half of Ephesians. The next three chapters draw out the lived implications — a church living for God's glory in marriage, work, warfare, and witness.
