What is glorification in the Bible?

Glorification is the final stage of salvation when believers receive their perfect, immortal bodies at Christ's return (1 Corinthians 15:42-43). It completes the chain of salvation: predestination, calling, justification, and glorification (Romans 8:30).

When does glorification happen?

Glorification occurs at the second coming of Christ when the dead in Christ are raised and living believers are transformed (1 Corinthians 15:51-53; 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17). Until then, believers experience progressive sanctification.
