Publishers use the terms consistently. Standard Bible text is 7-9 point. Large print is 12-14 point. Giant print is 16 point and above, and 'ultra' or 'super giant' editions reach 18-20 point. The practical difference is real. Large print helps readers with mild presbyopia or tired eyes. Giant print is for people who currently cannot read a standard Bible at all — advanced macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, or post-stroke vision loss. Printed giant-print Bibles are expensive and usually split across multiple heavy volumes, which is exactly why a scalable PDF is useful: you print only what you are reading this week.
The KJV PDF is set at roughly 10 point, so scaling is straightforward arithmetic. 160% scale gives approximately 16 point — standard giant print. 180% scale gives approximately 18 point — ultra giant print. 200% scale gives approximately 20 point — the largest that fits on Letter or A4 without tiling. At 160% scale the complete KJV runs to well over 2,000 sheets, so almost nobody prints the whole thing. The sensible approach is to print by book or by reading plan.
