The Walls of Jericho Fall
Israel marched around Jericho for seven days and the walls fell flat at a shout.
The Lord gave Joshua a strange battle plan: march around Jericho once a day for six days, and seven times on the seventh day. When the priests blew the trumpets and the people shouted, the walls of the city fell down flat, and Israel took the city.

What Happened
Key KJV Scriptures
"So the people shouted when the priests blew with the trumpets: and it came to pass, when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city."
"By faith the walls of Jericho fell down, after they were compassed about seven days."
Spiritual Significance
Jericho was Israel's first conquest in Canaan — a sign that the land was the Lord's gift, not their conquest. Hebrews 11 names it as a triumph of faith.
Lesson for Today
God's strategies often look foolish to the world. Obey His word fully and watch Him bring down what no army could.
