Who is 'one like the Son of man' in Daniel 7?

Jesus Christ. He took this title for Himself more than any other (e.g., Matthew 26:64 KJV), directly citing Daniel 7 before the Sanhedrin to declare His divine identity and coming reign.

Are the four beasts the same as Nebuchadnezzar's statue?

Most interpreters see the same four empires viewed from two angles: man's view (a gleaming statue, Daniel 2) and God's view (ravenous beasts, Daniel 7). Both end with Christ's everlasting kingdom.
