    God finally speaks—not with answers but with questions—from a whirlwind. 'Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth?' He takes Job on a cosmic tour: the measurements of the earth, the gates of the sea, the storehouses of snow, the paths of lightning, the constellations, the rain in the wilderness where no person lives.
