Night Visions in the Bible (KJV)

What is a night vision in the Bible?

A revelation God gives at night, in which the prophet 'sees' truth as clearly as if it were daylight. Daniel 7:13, Zechariah 1:8, and Acts 16:9 (KJV) all use the phrase 'in the night' to mark the timing and depth of the revelation.

How is a night vision different from a dream?

Why did God speak so often at night?
