A Prayer for Protection When Dealing with Anxiety
Father, my mind is racing and I cannot find rest. Every thought becomes a storm, and the more I try to silence it, the louder it grows. Take these anxious thoughts, one by one, and replace them with Your peace that passes understanding. Teach me to cast my cares upon You as soon as they rise, and not to carry them alone. Quiet my heart, steady my breath, and let me feel Your nearness in this moment. You have not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. Anchor me in that truth tonight and every day. In Jesus' name, Amen.
