Did Biblical Miracles Really Happen — Meaning Explained

Miracles are woven throughout the biblical narrative — from creation itself to the resurrection of Jesus Christ. The Bible records numerous categories of miracles: nature miracles (parting the Red Sea, calming storms, multiplying food), healing miracles (blindness, leprosy, paralysis), resurrection miracles (Lazarus, Jairus' daughter, Jesus Himself), and judgment miracles (the plagues of Egypt, fire from heaven). Miracles served specific purposes: they authenticated God's messengers (Exodus 4:1-9), revealed God's character (John 2:11), demonstrated His power over creation (Psalm 77:14), and confirmed the gospel message (Hebrews 2:3-4).
