Israel cried to the LORD under Jabin king of Canaan. Deborah, a prophetess, summoned Barak to lead ten thousand against Sisera at the river Kishon. The LORD discomfited Sisera's chariots, and Jael the Kenite slew the fleeing captain in her tent.
